How can I manage multiple projects on Zebracat?

Discover how to access and organize multiple video projects and brand assets on Zebracat.

Managing several video projects across different brands or clients is a common need—especially if you're a content creator, marketer, or part of an agency team. At Zebracat, we've made sure that handling multiple projects is smooth, intuitive, and centralized, all in one place.

🎬 Accessing and Managing Your Projects

To begin, you can access all your previously created videos from the “Your Videos” section, which is located in the left-hand menu on your dashboard.
Once you're on the Your Videos page, you’ll see a visual gallery of all your projects. Each video shows the creation date and thumbnail for easy recognition. From here, you can:
  • Click on any video to preview it or continue editing it.
  • Hover over a video to reveal a menu (three dots) where you can choose to duplicate, rename, delete, or open it in the editor.
  • This view helps you quickly find and manage everything you've worked on.
This setup ensures you have a clear overview of all your content and can revisit or iterate on past projects with ease.

🎨 Creating and Using Brand Kits

If you work with multiple brands or want to keep your brand identity consistent across videos, the Brand Kits feature is designed just for that.
To access it:
  • Navigate to the left-hand menu and click on “My Brand Kits.”
  • Once you're on this page, you'll have the option to “Create New Brand”.
Here, you can upload your logo, define your primary brand color, and even describe your brand’s personality and focus. This allows our AI model to tailor your video styling more accurately to your brand identity.
For example:
  • If you’re producing videos for a corporate client, you might set a calm tone with subtle branding colors.
  • For a lifestyle or fashion brand, you might want something more colorful and upbeat.
You can create separate brand kits for each client or business you manage—ensuring consistency and saving you time when making new videos.

🔄 Applying Brand Kits During Video Creation

When you’re creating a new video using a prompt, URL, script, or audio input, you’ll be guided through a few steps. One of these steps is called “Config.”
On the Config screen, you’ll see an option labeled “Brand Kit.” Here’s where things get really efficient:
  • You can select any of the Brand Kits you’ve previously created from a dropdown menu.
  • The system will automatically apply your brand’s logo and main color to your video project.
  • This helps you avoid having to re-upload or reselect your assets for every video.
Switching between brands is as simple as selecting a different kit—no need to redo your settings manually.

📌 Helpful Tips

  • If you need to create videos for different clients, departments, or product lines, Brand Kits are incredibly helpful in keeping your content organized and visually consistent.
  • You can always go back and edit or update a Brand Kit later as your branding evolves.
  • Project and Brand Kit limits may vary depending on your subscription tier, so we recommend checking the Credits & Billing section (found by clicking your avatar at the top-right corner) if you’re unsure about your plan’s capabilities.
