How can we help?

Can I use my own voiceover and reduce credit usage?

Understand how Zebracat handles credits when using personal voiceovers or uploading your own audio.

If you upload your own voiceover audio and use it as it is (without needing Zebracat to generate a new voiceover), you can use the Audio Input feature. Zebracat will use your uploaded audio file to generate visuals that match it. This feature is great if you’ve already recorded something like a podcast, voiceover, or speech and simply want to bring it to life visually.
  • On the Free Plan, you can upload up to 30 seconds and 10MB.
  • To upload longer audio (up to 5 minutes), consider upgrading your plan.

However, if you're using a cloned voice — meaning you’ve created a voice profile and want AI to generate voiceovers in your voice, credits will still be used. Even though it's "your voice," Zebracat still needs to process and generate that voice using AI, which involves resource costs.

🟣 To use cloned voice features and generate videos with your personalized voice, you’ll need to upgrade to the Super Cat plan.
